Sandra had the steroid injection in her back was really in pain for 2 days then got better for 3 days but sorry to says seems to be back as she was before.

Good morning everyone, It's grim & raining here, nowt new there then
 I had a lie in this morning, Going to be a late brekkie. The resolution on this PC has gone weird! the font is huge & I've decreased the size  I should just kick it lol.Beautiful picture postcard views there Hristo.

Late appearance from me this morning, been to the crem to lay some flowrs, as its my late dad’s birthday today, he would have been 84. Then went to fit a new headlight bulb on bro in law’s Zafira. PITA just like the Rovers are. Aa its nice, might do some bodywork on the van today.
