Thanks to Actros for making me think I had two heads (his was always next to mine looking over my shoulder ) And I don't think I would have got through half a jar of coffee on my own .
Slow speed fan resistor was done in about 40 mins but the interior mirror required a male connector with elongated prong ( around 10 to 15mm) Managed to scavenge something to fabricate from a PC Took us well over an hour!! For those interested the 14 pin WHITE ( some models have a black plug) at the base of the A pillar by the windscreen Pin 3 neg black Already populated Pin 13 insert Ign live yellow/white pin 14 insert reversing switch live green/redishbrown On Actros's car the wire supplying pins 13 and 14 were both green / redishbrown Usual disclaimers apply.

Why wasn't this meet advertised? I've had to drink my own coffee!
And where are the revealing photos? Maybe that's why I wasn't invited |
