Default looking for a new project

as ive just sold my 190 project im now looking for somthing else came across a 1 owner diesel 95000 miles from new BUT take a look at this for a mot fail
SK04 ALB make good reading is it worth it....????????? comments please.

Full set of brakes, suspension arms, shocks, drop links and welding ... it'd be too expensive if it was free

it has a very poor MOT history that I can see.
