Default 70 approaching

With my 70th birthday only a few weeks away the reminder to renew my driving licence dropped through the door a couple of days ago, having read through the paperwork it seemed that in order to keep all the current options alive on my licence I needed to have a D4 medical.
Just returned from the doctors having been declared (in the doctors words) 5 star fit. I hope that you will excuse the spring that will be in my step for the next couple of days..
Cheers Ian

HA HA Far too busy for that Wes..
Got a full season of Superbikes lined up again for this year, going to every round this season including Knockhill in Scotland and Assen in the Netherlands so a couple of 1000 mile plus weekend trips coming up for the ZTT which has also recently passed it's medical for the next 12 months again without any advisories..
Still planning to do the Sherborne Classic in July but that will be the only event this year.
Hope you are both well.
Cheers Ian

BP, heart rate, lungs, height, weight etc etc. I have no existing medical issues and I don't take any medication also I'm a non drinker/smoker and had full blood tests done recently so no follow up testing needed for me plus they can fill in a lot from your known medical history.

But my Licence says Feb 2020 like the reminder does ..

I still cant believe you Chris, and you Ian are 70 years old, you both are far to active and good looking to be that age.
