Default Love Affair

What other car [cars] have you owned that have captivated you like the rover 75/ZT.

For me it was the Wolseley 18/85 I owned two of these at different times both comfortable luxury cars. I would like to own one again if I could afford to buy one. I owned several Austin/Morris 1800's they were good cars but the Wolseley stole my heart just like my connie has.

I also owned a 18/85 and a 1800. Great room in the back. Did not like the power steering pump being mounted on the back of the dynamo.

My old Rover coupe 1.8 VVC in BRG. To this day, the best car I’ve ever owned. I miss her, dearly....

My Bedford Bambi Rascal Motorhome. She was in a sorry state when i bought her so i completely refurbed the little 1.0l Suzuki engine and the wife and i painted her red with garage floor paint with a hangover on a Sunday afternoon before sticking flower decals all over and setting off on a 3000 mile trip around France. Magical!

They say you never forget your first. She was a Mini Clubman Estate. First car I owned, learned to drive in her, she stole my heart. Still regret selling her for a Vauxhall Chevette
Fast forward a few years and I got my first vw camper. 1972 Westfalia, responsible for many drunken rock festival memories, drunken weeks in Cornwall, drunken weekends at Santa Pod, drunke.......you get the picture. Never let us down, Slept 8 on one memorable wet weekend away Still regret driving her into the back of a Land Rover at 60mph
