Why do some folks think they need 3" crossed and hidden nails when it's screwed together with 2" No10 screws .

Have a good one.

A 2-bedroom ground floor flat, security CCTV, with its own designated private parking, double glazing and C/H, less than 5 minutes walk from the sea front. We will ask the agent to chase up the missing keys, the removal of the washing machine with the tenant’s permission in writing and deduct the cost of a new matching bathroom door from the deposit.
Oh the joys of letting.

Default Hair cut

Because I'm tight fisted, and the fact that I remember I never ever got a haircut that I was happy with, for the last forty plus years, I've cut my own hair. Dare I say, I'm well practised and happy in the knowledge that if I NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- it up, it'll grow out in a couple of weeks.

Always cut my son's hair, and often cut my daughters with no moans.

More rain last night and more is forecast next week. Since we started the grow bags and new vegetables, we have not had any need to do extra watering. This morning I am doing the laundry, bedsheets and whites, then the cleaning.

That's a good size shed Andy, I've been tasked to clear the shed but on opening the door the contents began to fall out so I closed the door sharpish

It's full of our daughters horse stuff from the stables So is my garage But I 'll be getting them back in either Oct or Nov.

The horse saga is over
After having to have her young colt put down last year the stud farm in Scotland said she can have the first colt born this year. They couldn't/wouldn't refund her money

Here is the little chap, Cant take him away from his mother for six months so it's pointless me sorting out the garage/shed until all her stuff is removed.
That's my excuse anyway.

Afternoon guys (and gals if any are logged in). It's turned into quite damp day here - overcast with some dark grey clouds and frequent showers. On the good side - it means I won't be paying for metered water to feed the plants and lawns; on the bad side, a drop of rain followed by some more sun next week means the grass will grow like crazy and I'll be on cutting duty again.
