Morning all,

Sun is out and looking like the weather is good for the week ahead and the Easter weekend.
Hope that doesn’t mean people are going to be stupid and start ignoring the lockdown !

Good morning everyone .. Have got to pick up a repeat prescription today so have a valid reason to go out for a drive for the first time since this all started. Battery voltage seems fine so fingers crossed she starts ok

Morning fellow isolationists - another gloriously sunny one.
We got our food supplies topped up by son and daughter yesterday, so self sufficiency is guaranteed for at least another week.
On the subject of thoughtless morons out there, my next door neighbour has, over the past few days, had visits from:
  • his father
  • his missus' mum
  • his daughter by his first liaison
  • at least two of his Civic Type R driving mates
and his wife ....... oh she just happens to work in a care home, so she is a prime candidate to either catch the bug, or spread it.

I despair

Afternoon all, What a glorious sunny day .......am I allowed to say to bleddy hot for me I'm the colour of a letter box.

Lots of people out & about as if there's no pandemic on I went down to the small local asda with my missus for bread / butter / fresh salad stuff & for some compost as the compost I ordered online four weeks ago has no sign of being delivered.

The security guard on the door said either my missus or myself can enter but not both from the same household As she's got the "Big purse" I said I'll see you back at the car When we got back my missus gave me a box of solar lights that had packed up working & needed soldering, Xmas lights have nothing on these rubbish things
I got 3/4's of them re-soldered & working the rest went in the bin.

Prawn salad & baked spud for tea

Brainless idiots your neighbours Rod, lovely here today, been shopping earlier on, same as last time, went to 3 supermarkets and waited twenty minutes to get into the third one. Since then just been soaking up the sun in the back garden . Will be cutting the grass tomorrow.
