We try very hard to avoid it here Ronnie although it is a bit damp this morning.
Took a drive through the Dorset countryside yesterday and belive it or not there are lambs in the fields and I even spotted a daffodil in bloom.
It is rumored that snow is in fact illegal in Weymouth.
Ah the joys of being a southern softy.
Stay warm and safe though all of you that are suffering
Cheers Ian

What a rubbish storm! Hardly any wind here. A little breezy and that was it. Just really cold now.

We've had quite a lot of snow here this morning. Looking at the cars there's a good 8" of snow sitting on them. I watched the next door neighbour set off in his car for work, and was somewhat surprised to his idea of safe driving in bad weather. As said there's a good 8" of snow covering his car ,and that's all he did to prepare for his 20 journey was to push the snow off the windscreen. He's left side/rear windows covered.
Shear madness.

So far here this morning we have been lucky with only a light dusting of
snow but it`s freezing around zero or just above.
Brummies are having it bad by all accounts....
What you all got?

What's it like in Radcliffe this morning, Rev? My mother in law will be totally housebound if there's even a sprinkling......

We've about 4" and it's still coming down in West Herts.....

windy and rainy here. Things that may blow around if very windy are put I the garage
Prefer freezing conditions in winter to mild and wet as the Forest tracks become so muddy when mild and wet.

I do not have an issue with ice and snow but am not confident other drivers will take care and so try not to go out in the car.

For those driving, please take care. Particularly those up north I'd give serious consideration to winter tyres. I keep thinking about them but have never fitted them.

Lets hope everyone stays safe
