Because there are too many people highlighting cars that are for sale
If you are looking for a car for sale You can find them yourself
All this constant notifications of cars for sale is ridiculous

The seller is in cloud cuckoo land. He's just wasted a listing fee.

We used to have an unwritten rule not to alert the members to any auction items for sale to stop sudden price hikes "Buy it Now" stuff yes, but not auction stuff. Remember, other people read these posts too

[QUOTE=kbonney88;2565084]See they have raised the starting bid to £799... MMmmmm... wonder why??[/Q

One of the problems with an open forum such as this is the fact that anyone can read of the interest a car offered for sale is generating and no doubt the price sometimes gets changed because of it.
Maybe a good idea to use the subscribed members section to list any cars of interest.

Or of course make the forum only available to paid up members.

Just my thoughts cheers Ian

Hands up I'm guilty of doing this, but you do have a point about inflating the price maybe there could be a Spotted for sale area for paid members only......it is sometimes very interesting debate when a rare care is found etc....but for now I will stop posted my ''spotted cars for sale''

Don't beat yourself up over it Keith it's something many of us are guilty of, thinking we are doing members a favour.
As I said why don't we use the subscribed members general forum with the simple heading of "saw this for sale".
Cheers Ian
