Had 2 820’s and would love another. Lots of Honda influence but then Rover were making better cars with them on board. We’ll never know how it would have turned out if...............

yep - I agree.. and love 800's.. had 4 over the last 20 years.. fab cars.. lovely drive.. and that one is well worth saving..
but - I have to say now that I prefer the 600.. got 2 and they, in my opinion are the better car.. and again with a heavy Honda influence..

Yes had a 620 Auto too and in five years required only a new radiator £65.
Just a bit better quality than a 800 but both were well able to complete with the opposition. Still, the replacement of both the 600 and 800 wasn’t bad either!

Looks like the the new owner needs to fabricate the front bumper brackets.......

Fairly easy job.

Looks a tidy, if a little grubby, car.

I was the proud owner of an 827 Sterling Coupe for thirteen years. What a superb car it was. Succumbed to the rust worm eventually. The Honda engine was as robust as ever. I do miss her.
