What ever you do Dawn don't isolate yourself, that's not a good idea to say the least. Once you feel able try to get out and about, occupy your mind, get to as many meets etc as you can. There's plenty help and friendship available from the members here and I know from experience that it does help.
If you feel the need to seek bereavement counselling, the circumstances of my parents was so traumatic both my wife and I had counselling for PTSD. |

May i offer my sincerest condolances. There are no words that can help the pain at a time like this but i would like to echo the sentiments of others when they say not to shut yourself away. There is no doubt you have many friends on here who would like to help in anyway they can.
