Default Bluetooth.

I am using Windows 10 and have two pairs of Blutooth headphones which were working great, now my pc won't pair with them. I have been to Settings and turned Bluetooth off and on again, I have clicked add device but it will recognise my ear buds but not connect, it will not find my headphones, it says it does not get any reply from them. Any ideas please?. Thanks, John.

Sounds like a problem at the headphone end. Do they have a reset button?

I think I have sussed the problem, I changed my browser from Chrome to Firefox and my bluetooth is back and it recognises my headphones, I prefer Chrome, can I uninstall it and re-install Chrome without causing any problems with my pc?. Thanks, John.
