Afternoon all, The suns out by there's zero warmth to it, That Baltic easterly wind has picked up again & it's perishing

Me seed spuds have arrived

I ordered these last October & I'd forgotten all about them

, Think I might have got a few too many

We'll be r'reet for taters for a while when I harvest them later this year

Just been out to clear a little snow from the drive so I can put the wheelie bin out - bah gum, it may be sunny but as Ian says the wind is Baltic.
I may have to spend another day in the armchair, next to the living room radiator

Recycling collection was suspended here due to the snow. Checked the council website, supposed to be resuming yesterday but no specific details, just advises to put the boxes out. I was just about to but its started snowing heavily again!

Bird feeders topped up so feet up in front of the fire time. I got my appointment for my vaccine jab next Friday down at Leigh rugby club.

Lovely blue sky here, temperature reached 10.5 degrees. But now that chilly wind is back.

Had a beautiful walk with Quizzie yesterday. But bitingly cold wind - not that it bothered her

Looks like a decent morning but not due to get above freezing.

Ripping a few CD's to go on the flash drive for the car.

PS Couldn't sleep Andy or did Meg fancy an early walk

-1C is the best temps we can expect today according to the Beeb.

Look like the central heating will be getting turned on again
