Default Got new clutch....now it rattles !!!

Hi guys,
I collected my car today after getting my new clutch along with metal master and metal slave. Clutch feels great and much lighter than before.
However I now notice a rattling sound when changing gears and can feel slight vibs on the pedal. I believe these are signs of dual mass. I did not have this before clutch change so I did not get the dual mass.

So what do you experts think? As I did not have these symptoms before could my mechanic have done something wrong?
If it was like this before the change you can b sure I would have got the DM done.

Thanks
Joe
