As usual, the supermarket shelves were pretty bare yesterday
I decided to use my initiative and took the dogs to the local woods to forage for mushrooms.

I was really lucky and came across a big clump. I didn't recognise them but, hey, mushrooms are mushrooms.
Last night I made a mushroom and ham risotto.
Not only was it delicious, but soon after a choir of green collies showed up and sang the hell out of Purple Haze, accompanied by strobe lighting and fireworks.
I'm not sure but I think the ham may have been slightly off as it was past its use by date. Didn't affect the taste.
