These snake oil treatments never work properly if at all, and will definitely result in secondary damage to the cooling system.

Your car, your choice to ignore the given advice, but it won't be a permanent "fix", far from it I'm afraid.

I've looked at the aftermath of the use of this stuff, and I can assure you the damage was clear and evident
