I've never liked the look of it and would never buy one at any price, it's just so ugly. That one in the pic is filthy inside, why do people take pictures of cars in that state and try to sell them would it not be better to hoover it out first?

As I tried to find out and failed miserably, which lead me to the conclusion that if MG Motor UK are hiding it, it won't be very high!

I'm not saying the '6 is an amazing car, but pretty stupid to compare it to a '75 IMHO. Why do you think people go for ZT's? Funnily enough, it's not because they like wasting cash, since the majority of ZT's command higher prices than the equivalent '75 and usually include a lower spec.

Two entirely different cars, if you love the '75 as your perfect car, you're hardly likely to enjoy the drive in a '6, even though the latter will pi$$ all over a '75 for handling, with the exception perhaps of the V8.

As for the car itself, I've considered one, but the economy on the TCI is too low, and the DTi is scary because they're the only car with the engine in, and they've sold so few, I do worry about parts availability, at least a lot of the parts on the TCI are probably derived from the K-Series and can be cross-matched, also the same engine as the N-Series that was in the LE500.

On a side note, the colour match on the bumper looks appalling. I'd have had it back to the dealership until they got it right!!

I wouldnt buy a fake Rolex from China and I wouldnt buy a fake MG either
