What modifications have you made to your car?

Please give details of any modification you have made to your car, if you have any of the mods finished then post them up.
If you are thinking about doing any modifications and feel like taking some work in progress then let us know and we’ll see if it can be turned in to a clubs How To.

On my R75 I have fitted

18” 11 spoke alloy wheels
Power flow duel exit exhaust
Wooden Handbrake handle
Wooden Streeing Wheel
Chrome door handle finishers Original ones
Traffic master unit
Power fold Mirrors
Moved the door remote receiver from under the Handbrake to the dash
Xenon Headlights
Fitted a BMW E49 Auto gear knob
EBC front & Rear vented disk's
EBC front & Rear pads
Parrot 3200 LS-Colour phone car kit
Heated windscreen washer
Headlight washer ( Just needs T1/4)
premium bumper
CD player moved from Glove box to the boot.

A set of Luxurious Mats in Grey with the MG Logo

Ski bag.

Bosch AR550S wiper blades.

Driver side cup holder.

Trip computer IPK

Trip computer indicator switch

OK, mods for my Starlight Silver 1.8 Conn include:

- Personal Plate: R70 FVE (think about it ... )
- 16" Union Alloys
- wooden steering wheel, handbrake grip, gearknob
- retrofitted a real wooden dash
- fitted footwell lights in front and rear along with ign key light
- retrofitted the message centre Instrument Pack
- retrofitted autodimming mirror
- retrofitted (aftermarket) reverse sensors and display
- retrofitted electric sunblind
- retrofitted electric folding mirrors
- retrofitted projector headlamps
- retrofitted the TrafficMaster system
- badged up to the pre-cost cutting version of the 75
- interesting new 'D'-pillar badges
- removed the horrible cost-cutting boot handle and put the much nicer 'old' one
- fitted accessory sockets in rear ashtray for DVDs etc in back seat!
- fitted accessory sockets in boot
- fitted reversing camera
- meshed grille with Silverbeard the Viking badge

work in progress:

- retrofitting (aftermarket) cruise-control
- Rover PC is ready, but working on fitting 7" touch screen in space of HU
- 2ndary screen in passenger sunvisor

Nice work there Chris, would of been cheaper to buy a SE in the first place

I've done nearly as much as Chris NOT.

Drivers side cup holder
Twin screen DVD
Set of mats
Boot nets including floor net from 25/ZR
Boot mounted warning triangle
Bulb kit

On my 75 I've put in the RoverRon synergy box, five X 225/40/18's replaced the rear light housings, and both drainage well rubbers for the later open ones.



On the 260 I've only needed to put a set of Zero quads on. Its perfect.
