Default Trafficmaster Satnav

Hi,

I have just taken delivery of a 2004 Rover 75 Contemporary, and need some advice regarding the Trafficmaster system. The Trip computer screen displays the trafficmaster logo and there is an information button on the dash. When I pressed the button I was put through to an operator, but I have no idea how to communicate with her. Help please would be greatly appreciated.

David

You simply talk

There are built-in microphones that allow a two-way conversation. You tell the operator where you want to go and then the route is planned out for you. Then you get voice-guided navigation provided by them. The TrafficMaster symbol on your dashboard is for giving you advanced warnings of obstructions on your route (regardless of using the route-guidance service).

I don't have either of these fitted to my car so perhaps someone who has can fill you in on the details (or correct me if I'm wrong! )

Hope this helps

Ditto.
I have these to, Plus Hi Line Sat Nav plus Tracker.
The Microphone on mine is in the Sunroof switch unit.
If its still working the Subscription must still be going, this can either run as a Pay as You go system or Annual Subscription.
