Default Electrical connector spares, where to buy?

The rear offside light cluster is playing up due to rust.
Can the female "Sockets" that go into the plug that fits onto the bulb holder be purchased separately?

I think they are 2.5mm wide but are not an ordinary spade connector, similar perhaps to this one but flatter I think.
https://fnltd.co.uk/shop/fbh-connect...basto-p41.html

I cannot get hold of this company to ask.

Thinking to replace the female part of the connector.

Temporary fix done.
2.5mm spade connections added to bulb holder pins with a length of wire from each. Each wire soldered at other end and then flattened slightly and pushed into female socket

thanks

Keep us updated when you can Mac. We might need to do a fix at some point.

I have emailed one of the companies with pictures and have added the picture here in case they are of use to anyone and to show my temporary fix.

I am sure there is enough slack in the harness to cut off the original female connectors and fit 2.5mm spade connectors. This also means doing away with the existing "plug"

Why not just put out a wanted post, for some good plugs with a certain length wires to be cut off a scrap car, then join to your original loom, that would be easier.

I could do that or I could join the wires from my spade connectors to the loom and do away with the plug. I would prefer to keep it looking original.
I hope to be going to a scrap yard that apparently has a saloon. If I get a spare I will strip my bulb holder cluster down and solder the end of each male spade. Not quite sure how I will then hold the rails in place but that's the fun.

I gave both the spare offside and nearside plugs and bulb holders way to members thinking I would not need them. I was going to give the rear lenses away but got no reply so they are still on the car.

The lights are working now so the urgency for a permanent fix is not there but lesson learnt, hoard spares.

Neither https://www.vehiclewiringproducts.co.uk/ or
https://www.autosparks.co.uk/electri...ugs-connectors can supply the female connectors
