Morning everyone, the sun is out & the skies are blue here, looks like a scorcher of a day is on the cards.

Morning everyone, go for the healthy eating and exercise Rich, you will feel totally different after a few weeks, I’ve dropped a stone and a half since Feb, I’ve cut out the biscuits and cake and I’m walking a min of 4 miles every day come rain or shine, I should have done it years ago!
Go for it bud, you can do it.

Morning all.
Overcast here today. Think it’s finally sunk in that I have bought a house. Off to the letting agents to hand my 1 months notice in. Then taking Banana up to Matt’s.

Just returned from the weekly larder top-up exercise - what a lovely day
Clear blue skies, sunshine, no more of the chill breeze we've had for a while - 17° and aircon on full blast in the car.

I often start the day with a banana which to save on the dish washing I slice up with the spoon with which I eat it. I sprinkling a little sugar over the slices in a cereal bowl, which I use to slice up the banana in to further save on the dish washing, and add one wheatabix over which I also sprinkle a little sugar. I then pour a little chilled milk over the contents of the cereal bowl and voila!
Bit of an acquired taste like most if not all things edible but it was my late mother who put the banana breakfast idea into my thoughts after she was recommended banana on toast (yeuk!) for her declining health which required many meds for things such as cholesterol control, blood circulation and pressure etc.. |

Afternoon all, warm & hazy here, I've been instructed to take the vertical blinds down in the conservatory to put in the washing machine, very hot in there phew!
My missus got her hearing aids yesterday and the cats have legged it with them overnight we're searching everywhere for them Already made tea, homemade meatballs in tomato & red pepper sauce.....also just discovered we have no spaghetti in the cupboards
