Default Car wont start after running down hill without engine on

Guys, needing a bit of help,

Here is the story

I just came out of my local shop and into the car. Belted up then took the handbrake off as I went to start the car but miss judged it and the car started to roll. The car then wouldn't start.

when I put the key into the first few clicks I can hear the door locks functioning open and then when I go to the last click the car just clicks repeatedly 10 times.

Also noted that the pumps come on and so does the A/C but the radio won't function.

I think this is something to do with an anti theft device but I have no idea how to fix it.

Now the car is stuck without being able to start.

I have a clean and clear plenum and a dry ECU
I recently replaced the starter motor solenoids

I have removed the leads from the battery and will wait half an hour for the car to re-set.

Any ideas on other causes and solutions to my idiocy?

Garry
