Default Leather seats

I was wondering if the leather seat cover, I think it`s called squab (the backrest part) could be taken from a passenger seat and swapped to a drivers seat, all I could see any difference would be no hole for the lumber support wheel adjuster.
Any help on this? have you done that?
I was quoted £180 from a Notingham upholsterer by them just seeing the pic I`m posting here, seems a lot to me.

You would also have to move the cotton airbag holder (bag?) & re-attach it to the other side.

I wern`t thinking of just swapping the backrest covers. I thought it would widen my search for a used seat . If I found a good used passenger seat I would only use the leather cover.
As you are probably aware a good set of seats usually sells complete and the chance of finding a good drivers seat is slim, being able to use the passenger seat leather would double my chances.
Thanks for input tho.

Yep Sandstone fairly hard to come by.
What`s your opinion on a passenger side seat back cover fitted to a drivers side seat?

Only problem Ken,is that where the airbag sits, the stitching is done with special thread to allow the airbag to break through the seat, obviously, this area of stitching would be on the centre console side of the seat rendering the side airbag useless.
