Front spring recall

Having read a few articles it seems there was a recal on the early 75 regarding the fornt springs, queit a serous one, aparently they could break and go into the tyre?

Is there any way to check if this has been done, my car has a rather exetensive history but the service book has nothing in the recall section in the back..

I just picked some up from endonservices under £5 delivered..................but I see that they have upped the price to £7.99, in line with other 'gold diggers', so now £9.99 delivered.
