Lessons learned Today:

Scalp and rear wheel arch lip do not like each other.

Thumbnail does not like being squashed by 7mm Allen key against the rear arm.

Then knocked both knees on an engine that was on the engine stand, it was sweary o'clock for a while..

He said try dropping the insulin in 2 unit stages but its more a case of drop 2 units, self test . . . . Christ that's low, drop even more until things seem to settle down. My insulin is now in single figures and I'm not even on the full dose of metformin yet.
