Have a word with member Blacknwhite,he has an agency for Terraclean, and in the next few months will have the chemicals to clean egrs.
You may need to contact him on the other forum,he tends to be there now more than here ,if you want the address,pm me,as I am not allowed to refer to it publicly.

Egr mod
As I have posted this a few times I will post again.
I am quite willing to do one for anyone that wants it doing [for less than a bought tube of ebay] plus it would look no different that it is on your engine now. As I have been let down by the last person to whom I sent one, he never returned his old one as well as payment [I would like to Name & Shame but I won't you know who you are and you read this thread PAY UP!] so I will require one from yourselves to be able to convert. If there is anyone who has a spare and wouldn't mind parting with one I would happy to take it of your hands. I have been doing a mod to the EGR, ie taking the guts out of it . I must say it is a good easy job to undertake [about 2-3hrs and some metal filler] Total cost is the metal filler . Must admit that I had a spare EGR to play with thanks to another member contributing it When fitted I will have my own spare [not any more] so I will do the same to that one and sell/exchange to any member who doesn't want to pay silly money for a fancy tube. The finished item will have the diaphram top fixed in place and will look like the original part. __________________
