Thumbs up Looks good.

Looks a nice van, will be easy to tow as well. Plenty of sites near you too.
Happy caravaning.

Any good recommendations in the area? I am planning a couple of trips before the end of the year with my dog so electric hook up would be a boon.

Stopped at tudor park Slimbridge over last winter nice site, dog friendly pub next door, sharpness canal by entrance ideal for dog walks along tow path also close to the wetland centre.

I will have to get some Captain Tolleys. Sounds just the thing.
Spent an enjoyable couple of nights at Tudor lodge, a very good site indeed. Had some fair weather and some long walks.
Spent about two hours trying to get the cooker to work to no avail. I tried all the valves in various positions, nothing. Went to bed and thye next day looked at the gas bottle and saw that I had turned it off for some reason! Oven and hob work perfectly now! Doh!
I didn't try the water heater as I have not got a water container as yet but I could not for the life of me get the heater going. There didn't seem to be an ignition spark but knowing me it will be my fault.
As I had power I wasn't too bothered as my little fan heater did the trick and the on-site facilities meant I didn't have to use my toilet or shower.
The pub next door is OK with some good ales but the usual pub grub with specials. There is a chip shop on the A38 not too far away and a truckers cafe for breakfast. The pub does breakfast but it is £8. There is a lso a cafe over the road but I didn't try it.
I would recommend the site very much.
Being an ex truck driver I got some well done's for my reversing skills
