Xmas time meet at the Caldecotte.

Hi all...

Well I am setting up a meet for the 21st December at our regular meet location, The Caldecotte Arms.

It will be our festive Xmas meet and will run from 11:00 with the table being booked for between 13:00 - 14:00. I am currently talking to the Caldecotte to sort out exact times and what we will be doing for food. I am trying to avoid the nightmare that was last Xmas.

So as soon as everything is confirmed than I will Pop the confirmed details up here.

As it's Xmas I think that our local T4 Guru Phil may want the day off, but I will leave this choice to him

Nowt much!! lol. Got a date for getting my new house though!! 10th November
So if interested, please pop your name down as this will also help me sort a few definite details.

Just to point out, we will be ordering from the normal Sunday menu and not the Xmas one

After last year, I think this is the better option.
