Rover 75 tourer auto (05)

I wish to replace the rear number plate illumination festoon bulbs, having taken out the 4 Torx Screws I am still unable to remove the Chrome Trim to reveal the bulbs - what's the answer please?

Just lever the lenses out using a small flatblade screwdriver
