Storm Brendan? Pah, that was a flash in the pan, strong wind and rain for about 3 hours,mthen it disappeared. It’s expected to return with a vengeance this afternoon though.

Morning all, Same here Rich, we had about three/four hours of heavy rain & high winds then it disappeared.
Dark dank & wet here but the wind has subsided.

Evening all, I hope you are coping with the bad weather and it’s not getting you down. Today we drove north, 4 hours onto Laikipia and we are staying with a friend at her ranch for the rest of the week. Here is a photo of her garden pond which fronts onto a river and the bush, a taste of summer. My thoughts are with Graham for tomorrow and for the lads going up to the funeral.
