Default replace radiator

Finally put the new radiator in one of the 75s today.
Had a leak down the left side and around the elbow and as summer is here time to change it.
I know the subject is well covered on here but came up with a good way to cut the plastic fan shroud without cracking the old brittle plastic.
Used a soldering iron to cut out the bits around the aircon pipes, worked a treat,
sliced it like butter and left a good strong edge.

The repair is all done, about 3 hours including lunch and coffee!!
Hardest part was getting the cooler and condenser back in front of the radiator!!
