Oh heck! That's not good Andy, I hope someone puts a shilling in the meter at the other end. I've not experienced that since the early 1970's power cuts, Tea & toast done on an open fire, Have you got a toasting fork?

Good job you don't have a BEV plugged in, you'd have to get the generator out

And we have power 👍
Time to cook something in case it goes off again!

Good morning Andy, good morning all. I am glad to hear the power has come back on. Living in the 3rd world, we get power cuts fairly often from rationing and low ‘brown’ power outages, particularly on a Sunday. I have been up already and filled up 2 large vacuum flasks of boiling water for the day. We only have a solar system for running electrics for the TV and lights. It doesn’t have the power to run the heat for the pool, a kettle or a toaster.

I liked the haunted look in the candle lit photo, quite atmospheric. Next time add in a Santa hat Do have a great day....what are you up to?

Morning all, It's wet & breezy out there, Looks like showers is going to be the order of the day.
I'm up early today as the missus is going to the Skipton Christmas market with her weight watchers club shortly.

Cool

Morning everyone from storm lashed Saltash.

Fantastic evening last night. Won a trophy, a voucher to have either of my cars a hand drawn picture by Sharon Poulton of Beetle-Ink, and framed and signed. Won a few other things as well, so did Allen and Val.

79 of us sat down to dinner, bloomin' lovely was the carvery.

chilling out to day.

Just been out with the dogs, a rather nice walk, not our typical December weather.
