Last time I spoke to him which was well over a year ago, maybe more, the issue was that his design incorporated an air pressure sensor that had been rejected due to its manufacturer/marque. I think it was something to do with Volvo.

I know he is active on the Facebook groups but I think the timescale for any KV6 engine mods, in particular a complete overhaul of the VIS system, is long passed its viability window.
Given the cost of the system too, being similar to 75 and ZT eBay listings, I doubt there would be many takers.

I can understand all of the issues, but I am intrigued by the potential. If a patent has been made all that time ago it must be published by now. Please let us know the number so that we can look it up.

If my memory serves me correct, DMGRS had some KV6 inlet manifolds that had been remanufactured. I think they were around £400.00 not to long ago.
