Default Devon & Cornwall Meets 2013

Hey all,

Seeing as we are now in 2013
Its time to get places set for the meets for the Devon & Cornwall area... Of course, everybody is more than welcome!
I have tried to make the meeting places family friendly, and a good value for money day out. Not all just about the cars.

Here are the places I am thinking:::

Jamaica Inn
http://www.jamaicainn.co.uk/museum
: April

Cobbaton Combat Collection
http://www.cobbatoncombat.co.uk/
OR
Badgers Holt Dartmoor
www.badgersholtdartmoor.co.uk
: June

Bodmin Railway
http://www.bodminrailway.co.uk/index2.html
: August

Falmouth maritime museum
http://www.nmmc.co.uk/
: October

And in December holding a Christmas meal/End of the year meet.

I'm thinking the meets should be held on the last weekend of these months or the first weekend ...
I have popped up a poll, so people can vote as to whether the beginning or the end of the month is best for them so I can judge what suits the majority!

Any ideas please do put them forward via on here or via PM

*** UPDATE 25/01/2013 ***
You may know that at the last meet at Westward Ho! We had the pleasure of Ed (Aka Rover54) with his T4 system attended which when down very well!
So am very pleased to announce I have spoken to Ed about the meets for this year and he is very happy to attend

Please be aware this is not an official 75 & ZT Owners Club meet and as such is not covered by the clubs public liability insurance. Also the owners club take no responsibility for the meet in any way.

Hi Martin
Looks a good mix of events and locations..
After not having many local meets in the past I'm sure that the Devon and Cornwall guys will be keen to come along and meet other 75 & ZT owners.
Good luck and I'll try get to a few of them..
Cheers Ian

Having been to the dartmoor prison museum I can confirm its not a bad place to visit, if a little windy there is a cafe in what was the former police station and the scenery whilst a little bleak is great for photography and dont feed the ponues please as too many get injured by trying to get food from visitors

Hi Martin good choices I think

its been a few years since I went to the cobbaton collection but I stll have the bear and knife I bought at the time not sure of the refreshments
though they did have a WRVS canteen truck when I went there I can dig out some pics if they would be helpful martin

Clovelly is always a good one I think and does have transport for those who rather not brave the uphill climb but again a photographers dream location

Bob showed me the pics fro, your meet and the ones from appledore brought back many good memories for me
