Default Rover 75 reverse lights

Hi for sum reason my reversing lights have pack up also reversing sensors what could be the problem it’s not the reverse switch on the gear box replaced 2 months ago also parking aid replaced at the same time could the fuse be the problem thanks

Mine dont work since I messed with the gearbox and had the switch out. Need to take a look and see if I put the switch back properly. I use the indicators as reversing ligt in the meanwhile. Ref the reversing sensors dont think the 2 are "connected" but someone with more knowledge than me will hopefully post a note.

Try shorting out the reversing switch. That will prove whether or not your new switch is faulty.

All sorted now replaced reverse switch all working

tou only replaced it 2 months back.

Probably Britpart, returned at least 3, one was faulty out of the box.
Returned it to be told it would have to be returned to Britpart for testing blah blah, and to come back in a week for refund, UH, horse doo doo but ok.
Went back a week later and was not surprised in the slightest to hear Britpart had no record. Yeh, that is because it got chucked into the nearest bin, so here is the return receipt I had to insist upon, I will just have my money back.

BTW it was a Land Rover dealer

i brought the switch from dmgr couldnt be bothered to send it back for what it cost went straight in the bin no idea what was wrong with it purchased another switch from another company no problem since/
