Should be in three pieces. wooden outer frame should be secured by picture frame clips , probably just under plaster at the side 2 possibly 4.

Take care removing the marble back, it's conglomerate IIRC. The back could possibly be either cemented to the wall, siliconed to the wall or indeed just stood against it. The base again is conglomerate marble but should be just placed there
