Given the parlous state of the housing market...

If anyone from the Staffs / Derbys area was planning a retirement to the East Coast and happens to own a large(ish) 4 bed rural property with a nice big garden within commuting distance of Swadlincote....

We have a fantastic 4 bed (Master ensuite) 4 reception 2 1/2 garage property with parking for approximately 8 - 10 cars...edge of village location and countryside on your door step, yet the doctor's surgery is a three minute walk...

Further cash is available to make up any value difference

I'd love to, and live within commuting distance of Swadlincote.

Unfortunately Lincoln's a bit too far from Crewe for my commute, and they won't let me retire just yet.
