Unhappy Rusty rear suspension arms- Do I replace?

I am a bit concerned that big chunks of rust came off today, particularly on the offside rear,. The trailing lower arms are not much better. The amount of rust that came off, concerns me as its bound to weaken the suspension arm and would probably fail its MOT as it stands today.

I’m in two minds to either replace all 4 parts (trailing arms/ rear suspension arms -I don’t want to be treating,if in 3 months time its going to potentially fail its MOT. I had an advisory last December on this. Its more than surface rust!
