Default Best product for Manifold Cleaning

Hi there,

I've used a brake cleaner for the EGR cleaning, but the manifold is plastic, i'm afraid that some products may damage it.
What's the best? and easier to remove all the gunk.

Thks

I believe some people have used dishwasher detergent/tablets, and indeed used the dishwasher itself.

Oven cleaner spray, remove the rubber seals & the MAP sensor, spray all the can of oven cleaner into the ports leave for at least 3-4 hours then jet wash out all the muck.

Engine degreaser is also very good same as above spray liberally let the solution do it's work then jet wash out all the gunk, repeat if you have to, I always have at least 3 ready for our meets through out the year.
