Angry cd multi changer

thanks to the million dollar Mr Arctic had all my teething problems sorted air con fault,handbrake compensator and addvice on other faults which have been fixed but just when i thought evert thing was go the multi cd changer is stuck on disc 3 any ideas please

This is a common fault with the changer,It happens to me several times amonth.

You need to remove it from the car take the cover off and release the disc not a difficult job. You then rewind the disc back into the cartridge by turning the the large "gear wheel" I have done it so many times it now only takes me 10 mins start to finish,but I do leave the nuts and bolts finger tight to help
