well all done, thanks for all you help.
My old manifold was in a shocking state. The connecting arm, that the vis motor slots into appears not to be connected to anything within the manifold, it was just slopping about. no wonder it rattled like a marble in a tin can. Once again thanks for all your help especially for the photographs. |

Way hay gents, I thought I recognised somebodies handy work there Mr M
You would be suprised on how many KV6's dont have them two bolts fitted when carrying out belt replacements. That sounds iffy didnt it ??!! I should of said the bolts are not in before I start to remove the manifold. |
