Good morning all, how is everyone? Seems Facebook has informed me of some important birthdays today. Alison Neckersum alias Leyland Worldmaster and Lord C of Norwich. Girls and guys, whatever lol have a beautiful birthday. We are thinking of you

I am off to see the eye specialist in one hours time. Hopefully he has good news. Yesterday, I saw the cardiologist/physician and he said my disease trajectory for the next 2 months was looking great - he visualises a complete recovery by the time of my next appointment and I will see him in 2 months time. He said I have to put up with the pain from the Shingles but he wrote me up for 2 months supply of the painkillers, should I need them. He said I can use them when I have the broken teeth extracted, plus the other dental work. The main thing is I consider myself lucky, when there are so many others worse off.

Graham1961, thank you very much Graham for good wishes the other day. It all helps

Afternoon all, It's been dark & gloomy with heavy showers rolling through all day.

Absolutely hissing down here, has been since about 4.30. Stopped for a bit earlier and the sun came out, but back to the wet now.
