Still feel as weak as a kitten & I feel like I've been run over by a truck. the sweating/temp is still with me but nowt like the first four days, thankfully the diarrhea & vomiting have stopped and I've managed to at a meal without it coming straight back up


The clocks are still on Winter time and I don't feel like I can be bothered trying to remember how to change the time just yet.

Been feeling rough all day. Didn't sleep well and felt like I'd had a kicking when I got up. Haven't been able to shake it off at all.

Thank you Jeff, we are lucky they are tough and manage to flower despite the drought. They grow in many countries, including the UK. I have just taken my tablets for the Shingles: Paracetamol, Codeine, Amitriptyline and 2 Anti-Virus pills, a nerve healer called Pregabalin and a muscle relaxant with a long name. Suffice, they knock me out

By the way, I enjoyed watching your evening trip on the Lady Emma to Acle Bridge. I’d like to see you spice your videos further: Tying up at the dock, Jeff falling in Jeff giving an on-board cooking lesson in the galley ......Jeff making the beds...... Jeff mopping the boardwalk....just a few video add-on’s
