Hello everyone,

It was a really enjoyable day - thank you so much, Ian and all the Club Team for the great organisation - I fully realise how much hard work has to go on behind the scenes .

It was great to meet and chat to so many of you - and admire so many immaculately cared-for cars .

All the best,

Nicholas /Zircon

Echoing some of the comments above .... really good to put more faces to names today and well done IanG and all the others who made it all happen.

A great day out .... despite the traffic conditions in the morning which affected many by the sounds of it.

And thanks for the bottle of beer Pete .... hope to see you and others at the Ugly Duckling meet later this month.

Happy Roving all

John

Took this picture today, I'll call it "the many faces/colours of the 75/ZT"
Excellent get together by the way, first one I'd been to, must get along to a few more.

A post of mine I had put on here earlier seems to have been lost.

We had an incredible meet, a cracking venue, a cracking day could not have wished for better, and what really made it was the excellent turn out of some beautiful cars and many thanks to Ian and co, for organising our get together you did us proud.

Finally on behalf of Lilian she has asked me to pass on her thanks to everyone who voted for Derek’s Black Pearl Tourer, she thanks you all from the bottom of her heart, Derek would have been really chuffed.
And many thanks from me.

I forgot to add she also said she was so happy to meet up with good friends and familiar faces. will try and do it again.

Rev

My first meet in about 8/9 years, really enjoyed it. was pleased to see some of the faces from the very first meets from when this club started and the newer members.
Just suffering big time with sun burn.

Arrived back home at 9:00 pm after a pit stop for a bite to eat.

Brilliant day, great to talk to as many as I could, the cars shone as ever.

Fitting tribute to Derek with his car winning the first Windrush Trophy Award.

Thanks to everybody involved in the organisation of the day, looking forward to the next one thankfully a little closer for me .

Jean is rather taken with the cushions I won in the raffle and they will be placed in pride of place on the rear seat of her Fusion .

Just about to look at the video I shot of the day, looks to be just short of two hours - I could be some time.

My thanks especially to the organisers, but also to the members who attended, for making the Liphook meet such a great day out. I may now have to stay out of the sun for the next few days though, as being somewhat follically challenged I could probably get a part time job at Stansted airport as a landing beacon.

Here are some of the snaps I took on the day of the steam collection, a selection of the wonderful cars on display - and a donkey!

Andrew

What a great meeting, lovely to see so many members, some I know and some I do not, therefore `HELLO` to those I did not know but I know you all now.
Some really lovely well looked after Rovers and MG`s, it is great to know there are so many lovely examples of this most iconic motor car.
It was lovely to see our late, loved members wife Lillian at the meeting and I think she was most surprised to receive the best in show on behalf of her late husband Derek.
I would like to thank all those that organised this National Meeting for a great venue and a great day out
Love the pictures.
