Glow plug relay positioner??
Hi guys,
Had my car on the road for the past week with a new ecu from Brian and remapped to 160bhp. I felt quite disappointed by the performance, so a friend offered to plug his Sykes pickavant acr code reader in to see if everything was okay. There was a code that we just couldn't clear: uploadfromtaptalk1403959765395.jpg Any ideas what this could be and whether it would account for the performance? Btw the performance isn't poor, it just feels the same as it was before the remap

As I understand it, the glow plugs are redundant in the diesel so I doubt the fault identified - whatever it means - has any effect.
As for the results of the remap, I think you should talk to Brian. Maybe the code is an artefact of the remap? TC |

My glow plug relay hasn't been working since I bought the car. It has never failed to start yet. I have been informed that, if I take a trip to Siberia, I will probably need the glow plug relay fixed. As I have no plans to visit Siberia, I am not concerned about it.
