Default Tourer boot floor handle new replacement

I recently broke my boot floor handle and thankfully sourced another from a member.

They are no longer available from Rimmers. But upon further inspection, the handle is also fitted to the Bmw e36

Bmw part number 51478120992

Here is a photo of the two side by side, I am sure the one on the left has a Mercedes part number on it. Odd as this was the one fitted to my car

Edit,

It sure enough is a Mercedes part too, but couldn't establish which models it is fitted to.

Default

That will be good news as the Mercedes part number refers to the W202 'C' Class although checking the part through a Merc dealer it's shown as W124 'E' Class 250TD. (put an 'a' in front of the part number) It's still listed available for £9.94 plus vat.
