Default Rover 75 (facelift) Tourer & Saloon doors, any difference?

Dear All, I come to seek knowledge and wisdom from you yet again. I really did try to look this up, but came away from existing threads without an answer. Are the doors on the saloon & tourer the same? A neighbour pulled out into me and has scratched part of both nearside doors. I shall try and buff out (when have laid my hands on T-cut or similar) but if the worst comes to the worst will replace both doors with second hand. So, have seen doors from saloon on ebay in correct colour (already had O/S wing from same car and is perfect colour match). Please advise if front and/or rear door(s) from a saloon will fit my tourer?
very best regards
