Used one is worth no more than £20 with postage. If it works, it may last several years, or several days. The unlock motor does not get sluggish, so there are no failing symptoms, it spins until it does not. If used by driver only, with one shot open disabled, passenger actuators would last years. One shot open enabled, and/or frequent use of the lock/unlock switch, passenger actuators will be no better than O/S Front.

So if rear doors are not used, go for a used one, and get one shot open disabled

Not sure as haven't removed yet. Does it have a part number on it?

I can take the door panel off my old zt and check it’s the right one tomorrow afternoon if no one can confirm it’s correct one. I had marked them up but it’s slightly worn off so can’t be 100% it’s correct one.

Before buying a replacement lock, try lubricating the old lock. I had this happen to my N/S rear door, it wouldn't open from outside, only open from inside, plus central locking wouldn't pop the door pin up.

All I did was take the door card off and lubricated the mechanism with WD40, then squirt some grease in between the moving parts, it worked a treat, got it working again.

Give it a try, you never know. Use a long straw and a syringe to squirt the grease into those important places.
