Default NUK Star Spokes

I can not believe how fast 14 days have passed since i first fitted the refurbished star spokes to the NUK.

They yet have to be washed which i will proceed to do tomorrow or Monday, glad i did not do it today as it is now raining cats & dogs, maybe more dogs

earlier today after i took the NUK for its weekend 10 miles run before checking the fluids etc i took a photo with the wheels not having been cleaned for the two weeks they have been on.

1

I am still in two minds about the wheel centres so next week i will run them with the black centres.
2

i also need to decide what i am going to do with the two spare star spokes i have, both are in need of refurbishment.

I think the rover emblem is the best for the centre of the wheel. Breaks the black up.

Very nice, I do like the colour.

My 11 spokes need doing but not at the prices they charge down where I am in Devon.

I could get 2 sets of x5 wheels redone cheaper in Birmingham and save myself £150, than to have one set done down here.

I recently bought a nice set of Contours with decent tyres on for less than half the cost of getting my old Contours refurbed

I know it's absolutely crazy.

Plus if you have to scrap your alloy wheels you would be hard pushed to get £6 a wheel.
