Morning all.

Beautiful blue skies here in the Midlands and warming up already.

And thankfully the wind has died down. Not great when you're up scaffolding prepping a wall for repointing.

Quizzie's had her usual tough morning...

Good morning waggy tail and stretch followed by breakfast, a check of the garden and doing her ablutions then curled up in her favourite chair.

🌞 It's crackin' flags here & too warm to be doing this! None of the local gardening centres/stores still haven't got any bags of topsoil & no idea when they'll be restocked so turf it is then.

Morning all - it is still morning isn't it? A glorious Spring day here too - wall to wall sunshine and it's pretty darned warm. We were planning a socially distanced tea party this afternoon - a small group of neighbours sticking to their own front gardens and talking (loudly!) over the road/footpath. However, SWMBO is feeling grotty - we think she's eaten something which upset her coeliac disease - so we might be staying indoors/in the back garden.

Morning all, nice day here, spent most of Saturday reparing the greenhouse. Bit of a bad move considering the wind strength. I watched a video of how to cut glass which worked ok when doing straight cuts, but not when doing curved ones. I broke half as many panes as I fitted. Yesterday went for 8 mile bike ride with my son, the return trip was really hard due to a very strong headwind.Today I need to cut the hedges and pop to B&Q and collect some polycarbonate sheets for the curved panes in the greenhouse.

That's very sophisticated A/C Ian - all we've got is an old bloke wafting a fan about
